“Two Crews” Wisconsin Land Surveying, Inc. has completely outfitted two full-time crews to better serve the Green Bay, Fox Valley and Oshkosh areas. We have a crew based out of our main office in the Green Bay area (New Franken). We’ve also fully equipped two additional crews that are based out of home offices in Oshkosh and in Chilton. With this setup Wisconsin Land Surveying Inc. can cut down on travel expenses and bring the savings directly to you the consumer.

Joe Broullire Graduated from Michigan Technological University in February of 2000 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Started Superior Staking in December of 2001 as a sole proprietor and in January of 2004 incorporated the business to form Superior Staking, Inc.

As a business owner in the Green Bay area over the course of 14 plus years, we have performed construction surveying services for WISDOT, MDOT, several municipalities and a number of general contractors. A large portion of our work consists of highway/road projects, bridge layouts and site layout for local general contractors. Some of the bigger projects we were and are involved with over the years include: Hwy 41 interstate upgrade in Green Bay and Oshkosh, Hwy 141 four lane improvements near Coleman, Hwy 41 four lane improvements near Peshtigo, Oak Park Place assisted living facility in Green Bay, Sportsman’s Warehouse in De Pere and Wal-Mart in Marinette to name a few.

Andy Hunter has been Land Surveying since 2001 and has been a licensed Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor since 2007. He has had years of experience both in the field and office on countless survey projects from small lot surveys to County Wide Public Land Survey projects. He has an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology along with additional education in Land Law Courses. Andy was previously employed for 9 years by R.A. Smith National as a Project Surveyor in their Oshkosh office, prior to taking his current position as Survey Manager and Associate at Wisconsin Land Surveying, Inc..
